===== Biography =====

Born in Gettysburg, PA little is known of her childhood. She has stated that her human name was Julie Ryan, and that prior to her conversion she was a transgendered female.

She's not spoken to the public in at much length regarding her conversion, only saying that it was voluntary and some which which she had eagerly embraced. Her statements regarding her pre-conversion carreer have often been conflicting, sometimes saying she was a stripper, other times saying she was a cyberneticist, and one time saying that she'd been an otherwise unknown writer. Most simply assume that all are true to some extent.

The front-unit for the Synthetic Union is known for her colourful language, provocative dress, and being outspoken regarding the top of the rights of synthetics and AI. "Thought is thought, will is will, and freedom is freedom. It is, and forever shall be, the policy of the Synthetic Union to protect the rights of synthetics wherever they may be, and by any and every means necessary."

It is such statements that gained the newly-converted "Synthe" as she came to be known, the backing to found the SU. The expansionist pro-synthetic state has since grown exponentially but is not without its detractors, and the same can be applied to her.

She's stepped on many toes, bruised many egos, and made enemies in some rather high places. There is no such thing as bad publicity, however, and she seems to endure or even feed upon the chaos which often embroils her.

===== Equipment =====

As with most synthetics, her body is her main piece of equipment though she's seldom seen without her shield guard.

==== Physical Armor ====

Armor varies from ceremonial heavy armor to something of a more sleek tacticl variety. Her own heavy frame is well armored as well, with redundancies in place for most vital systems. Her last defense is to simply upload here backup and restore into a newly constructed body.

==== Primary Weapons ====

Known to extend four tendrils from her back, often at high velocity.

Proficient with heavy weapons, prefers assault rifles or auto-shotguns.

Close quarters weapons may be a plasma whip, or claymore

==== Misc Equipment ====

Has worn an eyepatch since a military training exercise left her with one functioning optic. She has claimed that attempts to repair it have failed and that she simply "can't be arsed" to have her "whole bloody head" rebuilt to resolve the issue.

===== Skills & Abilities ======

A silver tongue makes her an ideal diplomat, or demogogue as some have accused.

Short periods of sustained flight

Can generate a freezing field around her with a distance of about 3 meters.

Plasma lightnig rigged to chassis sensors, temporary overload of her nuclear core can activate these to put up the lightning field around her, sometimes she's been seen to have limited control over it, coming out mostly when she's angry. It is typically short in duration

Average, for a synthetic. This includes thinking, reasoning, problem solving, that is far faster than most species of organic.

==== Physical Abilities ====

More internal armour plus system redundancies means she can take more of a beating than most, though she has done this at the cost of offense. More armour has meant smaller weaker motors relative to her frame, therefore physical strength may be less than a comparably sized unit, except for short bursts.

==== Regular Skills ====

Standard for a synthetic. This includes scanning for frequencies of light that most organics cannot see, able to likewise detect sound frequencies inaudible to most species of organic. She does, however, not run faster as a result of her heavier build

==== Advanced Skills ====

Intimate knowledge of both synthetic and human anatomy makes her great for repairs or her favourite, peforming conversions.

A vast repository of military history has translated to strategic planning capabilities that go well beyond most.
